Information SolutionsPASCO® provides outsourcing solutions to state government, financial institutions and automobile dealerships through two operating companies, Validati® and Customer Management Systems™ (CMS). Validati® specializes in tracking collateral to determinie compliance with insurance regulations for both state government and financial institutions. We also operate a fully licensed insurance agency, which offers risk managements programs to financial institutions. CMS provides acquisition and retention services to automobile dealerships. Both companies have a national client base. Our Information Solutions group also performs general outsourcing of transaction-based activities.
