PASCO® 401(k) Plan managed by Fidelity Investments
All employees are automatically enrolled in the PASCO® 401(k) Plan managed by Fidelity Investments after 90 days of employment, unless they opt out. Employees also have the option of making Roth 401(k) contributions. The company matches the amounts contributed.
PASCO® Profit Sharing Plan
Employees with one year of service who complete 1,000 hours of service in a year are eligible to participate in PASCO®’s Profit Sharing Plan. Under certain circumstances, PASCO® makes contributions to the employee’s 401(k) account.
Flexible Spending Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in PASCO®’s Flexible Spending (Section 125) Plan. Full-time employees may use company contributions to the plan to select medical insurance, dental insurance, supplemental group term life insurance or dependent care spending reimbursement, or receive cash. PASCO also offers a Health Savings account.
Paid Life Insurance
All full-time employees receive paid life insurance.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
All full-time salaried employees are eligible to participate in the long-term disability insurance program.
