Peter A. Spitalieri - President and CEO

Prior to forming the company in 1982, Peter was employed by Progressive Insurance, where he managed credit-related operations and sold and serviced collateral protection insurance programs for lending institutions. He was largely responsible for developing the systems and procedures used by Progressive for loan and lease tracking in support of its insurance follow-up programs. Peter has directed the company throughout its history including overseeing acquisitions of new businesses and the restructuring of the company into distinct business units. He has twenty-five years of experience as a business executive and insurance tracking expert and is considered a pioneer in his field of expertise. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.S. degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hiram College.

Howard S. Essner - Vice President and General Counsel

Howard's relationship with the company dates back to the start of Automated Tracking Systems (ATS), the predecessor of Validati^®, in 1986 when he was the company's outside counsel as an associate and partner with the Cleveland law firm of Hahn Loeser & Parks. Howard joined the company as its in-house counsel in 1991. In addition to this role, he is also responsible for Finance and Investments. Howard has structured a number of acquisitions and direct equity investments for the company. He holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University, an M.A. from Brown University, and a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.

Scott A. Keller - Vice President, Administrative Services

Scott was PASCO^®'s first Ohio employee and has managed virtually every aspect of PASCO^®'s operational and administrative areas during his tenure. He currently oversees Quality Assurance and several administrative areas. Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Akron.

Balajee Thangavelu - Vice President, Information Technology

Bala has recently joined PASCO®’s technology team. He is responsible for overseeing and managing software development and the company’s computing environment and processes. Bala has held various positions strategizing and managing customer software development and has gained extensive knowledge in information technology and programming. He holds a Masters in Industrial Systems Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelors of Science (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.
