Peter A. Spitalieri – President and CEO
Prior to forming PASCO® in 1982, Peter was employed by Progressive Insurance, where he managed credit-related operations and sold and serviced collateral protection insurance programs for lending institutions. He was largely responsible for developing the systems and procedures used by Progressive for loan and lease tracking in support of its insurance follow-up programs. Peter has directed PASCO® throughout its history including overseeing acquisitions of new businesses and the restructuring of the company into distinct business units. He has thirty years of experience as a business executive and insurance tracking expert and is considered a pioneer in his field of expertise. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.S. degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hiram College.
Scott A. Keller – Vice President, Collections
Scott was PASCO®‘s first Ohio employee and has managed virtually every aspect of PASCO®‘s operational and administrative areas during his 30 year tenure. Scott’s responsibilities include managing our debt recovery operations. Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Akron.

Vincent L. Spitalieri – Director, Business Services
Vince is responsible for developing new markets and acquisition candidates. Vince works with current customers and prospects to develop solutions for their collateral tracking and insurance needs. In addition, Vince actively participates in various industry groups on the subject of insurance verification. He is also responsible for analyzing markets where PASCO® offers their solutions. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in economics from John Carroll University.

Dennis E. Duffield – Vice President, Information Services
Dennis rejoined the PASCO® Team in August of 2014 following past positions in various capacities at PASCO® during the period of 1998-2004. Dennis is responsible for overseeing and managing software development and the company’s computing environment, processes, and strategies. Dennis has extensive experience in IT project leadership including planning, implementation management, and team development. He has held various positions strategizing and managing customer software development and has extensive knowledge in information technology. His product knowledge spans software, hardware, and related computer services. Dennis holds a B.A. in Information Systems Management from Tidewater Community College as well as US Navy Campus Program, Virginia Beach, VA. Computer Science, Application Courses, Community Collece of the Air Force US Navy: Data Processing Technician “A” School, Naval Training Center, San Diego, CA.
