PASCO® 401(k) Plan managed by Fidelity Investments
All employees are automatically enrolled in the PASCO® 401(k) Plan managed by Fidelity Investments after 90 days of employment, unless they opt out. Employees also have the option of making Roth 401(k) contributions.
PASCO® Profit Sharing Plan
Employees with one year of service who complete 1,000 hours of service in a year are eligible to participate in PASCO®’s Profit Sharing Plan. Under certain circumstances, PASCO® makes contributions to the employee’s 401(k) account.
Flexible Spending Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in PASCO®’s Flexible Spending (Section 125) Plan. Full-time employees may use company contributions to the plan to select medical insurance, dental insurance, or dependent care spending reimbursement, or receive cash. PASCO® also offers a Health Savings account.
Paid Life Insurance
All full-time employees receive paid life insurance.
